And when it genuinely is not ours, you get a straight answer the same day and the name of someone who does it properly. That is worth more to you than a maybe, and it costs us nothing to be honest about.

Five rules we don’t break.
Most of what goes wrong on a job site goes wrong for the same handful of reasons, every time. These are the ones we refuse to repeat.
Every job has an end state. A written scope and a date it is finished, agreed before anyone picks up a tool. Jobs drag because nobody ever defined done.
Logistics is the job. Anyone can swing a hammer. The gap between a three-day job and a three-week one is whether the material was ordered, the lead times were checked, and the trades were sequenced so nobody is waiting on anybody. That is the part we are actually good at.
Procedure, written down. What was done, by whom, on what day. You should never have to take our word for what happened on your property while you were at work.
One name owns the outcome. Whoever runs your job answers for it from the first walkthrough to the last item signed off — not a salesperson at the start and a voicemail box afterwards.
We say no out loud. A crew that takes everything is good at nothing. If a job is not ours you hear it the same day, with a name to call instead. That answer is worth more to you than a maybe.

As this grows that will not always be me on site — but it will always be a name you can put to the work.

Joe is a licensed Texas real estate agent. That helps homeowners who are getting a house ready to list, or fixing what the inspection found after they buy. One trusted name covers the repairs and the transaction.
Real estate is a separate division with its own clients. Work we do for trade, commercial and property-management customers is never used to source listings.
